Excel Medical Imaging is an independent, physician- and family-owned radiology practice proudly serving the New Port Richey community since 2001. We are the region’s only full-service, freestanding diagnostic and interventional imaging center — now also a designated Graduate Medical Education (GME) training site, offering a dynamic and collaborative learning environment for residents and clinical learners.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented X-ray Technologist who is excited by a fast-paced, high-tech, and education-focused clinical setting. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy mentoring, teamwork, and continual growth alongside residents and visiting trainees.

Responsibilities

Perform X-ray imaging procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines
Perform C-arm support and IR circulator functions in our IR suite.
Provide a calm, reassuring experience for patients
Collaborate directly with radiologists and clinical educators
Maintain clear documentation and image quality standards
Stay current with evolving imaging techniques and compliance protocols

Qualifications

BXMO or ARRT-certified in Radiography
Current Florida Radiologic Technologist license
BLS certified, ACLS certified (ACLS training provided on-site)
1+ year of X-ray experience preferred
Strong communication, technical, and patient care skills
Commitment to lifelong learning and teaching opportunities
